Films and THEATERS
Silent films were very popular in the 1920's, Canada had around 451 theaters across the country. Talking films were also a big attraction in the decade. Talking films weren't around until 1927, up until then it was just silent films and plays. During this time Canada's film industry mainly focused on short documentaries. A lot of the films were influenced by U.S.A culture.
